A suite is a group of items, whether for print or digital. Each piece of the suite should play off of each other to create a harmonious compilation of colors, fonts, and typography.

“DO I NEED A PROFESSIONAL EMAIL ADDRESS?”

YES. Always have a professional email address match your domain name. Most importantly, it gives your business credibility. Also, your brand name is reflected in the communications that you send to clients and consistency is key. Simply contact your domain registrar (or me!) to set it up. The cost is super minimal, and worth every penny. Say NO to “YourBusinessName@gmail.com”!

“CAN I ORDER SAMPLES?”

Since all designs are custom, there are no samples to order. When the digital draft is complete, we will order printed proofs for your final approval.

“WE’RE NOT IN THE SAME CITY. CAN WE STILL WORK TOGETHER?”

Of course! 95% of my clients are not in the immediate area, so I’m used to managing projects long distances. I’ll send PDF drafts by email, we can chat on the phone or over a Zoom call. No problem!

“WE ALREADY HAVE OUR BRAND IDENTITY ESTABLISHED. CAN WE HIRE YOU FOR A SMALLER PROJECT LIKE A POSTCARD OR SINGLE AD?”

Yes, all the way! I am a graphic designer who can work on any production project to apply your existing branding to any piece of collateral, large or small.

“WE NEED A WEBSITE, TOO. CAN YOU HELP?”

The websites I design are clean, information-based “online brochures” as I call them maintaining the consistency of your brand. I will add your logo, pictures, and links to outside sources, email, and simple forms. I will include basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO), but beyond that is a service for a dedicated SEO specialist. The sites I design are ones that you, as the client and owner, will have full access to in order to make any changes that may arise. For example, adding a picture, changing a schedule time, including a new team member’s biography, etc.

“HOW DOES YOUR PRICING WORK?”

I offer a free consultation and we can discuss your needs. I’m happy to bundle any project and offer a flat rate if you have more than one item in your suite, or you can choose a la carte, whichever works best! After our initial consultation, I will draw up my design agreement for your review and signature.
